25 dag Maslaca
Zaljev:
30 dag Šećera
15 dag Bagremova meda Podravka
2 korica naranče
2 soka od naranče
1 žlica Ružine vodice
1/2 žlice Vodice narančina cvijeta
1 štapić Cimeta
1 zvjezdica anisa
3 kom Klinčić cijeli Podravka
2.5 dl Vode
Priprema
Uključite pećnicu na 200°C. U kuhinjskom procesoru sameljite sve sastojke za nadjev. Otopite maslac. Priredite pleh veličine 30×25 cm. Namažite ga rastopljenim maslacem i u njega složite jednu koru, prepolovljenu na pola. Svaku namažite otopljenim maslacem. Sada po kori pospite ravnomjerno nekoliko žlica nadjeva. Slažite tako namazane kore i nadjev u 9 slojeva. Završite korom. Oštrim nožem izrežite baklave u oblik dijamanta. Za zaljev sve sastojke otopite na vatri i prokuhajte. Ako vam je prejak zaljev, dodajte mu još vode. Zaljev stavite sa strane i ohladite. Prohlađenim i procijeđenim zaljevom zalijte vruću baklavu. Ostavite da se potpuno ohladi. (coolinarika.com)
